Frequently Asked Questions

  • Payment

We accept the following forms of payment:

Master Card, Visa, Money Orders, Pay Pal.

Products will not be shipped unless full payment is received. We do not accept partial payments or have lay-a-way plans. If you would like to pay by money order, please see our contact information for our mailing address.  Contact Page

  • Shipping

We ship via USPS, or UPS Ground ( for larger packages) for orders in the U.S. .

Generally, you can expect to receive your product within 5-7 business days after the order is placed, assuming the item is in stock. We do not ship to PO boxes, but we DO ship internationally- please contact us for rates. ( no shipping to Indonesia due to excessive CC fraud). Express shipment is available for an additional cost.   • Pre-Orders

Your credit card will not be charged until the product is ready for shipment. To reserve a product, you must submit a credit card number. You will not be notified before your credit card is charged.

  • Damaged Products

Any returns for damaged products will be gladly replaced. All products are inspected before shipment. You must send back the product in the original box for credit or replacement. You must contact us prior to sending product back in order to process a return . We do not give credit for products that appear to have been intentionally damaged or damaged by other means not involving the negligence of Black Star Models. Due to the limited production of our products, we reserve the right to refund the original purchase price for approved products no longer available.
